APUF Annual Status Report

If you select this option, you will be provided with a unique URL to return to the report form (within a 30 day period) to finish and submit your report.

APUF Annual Status Report

  • Brief summary of original proposal.
  • Provide an explanation of any changes to the budget in the space provided. Please refer to the policy on unused funds and carry-over amount (see below).*
  • Include a copy of the project’s first year expenditures: using a copy of the originally submitted budget, complete the final column(s) for Year 1.

    *Unused funds: any unused funds, as outlined in the final project report, must be returned to  ASPO within 60 days of the final report due date 

    Carry-over: requests for funding extensions after 1 year (for funds other than activity implementation) must be made in writing to the ASPO for consideration before the end of Year 1. Late requests will require submission of rationale about why the request is delayed and will only be considered on a case-by-case basis. Â
