APUF Final Report

APUF Final Report

  • Brief summary of original proposal.
  • Did you achieve the goals you hoped to achieve? What barriers were addressed, and how did it intersect with unit, division and/or institutional access goals?
  • One of ASPO’s strategic priorities is: 1) Identify the structural barriers to access pathways in collaboration with institutional partners (internal) and community, postsecondary, school board and other partners (external). Please comment on any structural barriers that were encountered and any measures you took to address them.
  • Provide a brief description of the outputs of the initiative.
  • How did the initiative benefit the participants?
  • Comment on your recruitment strategy, how these learners were supported during the program, and what efforts are being undertaken to sustain this relationship now that the program has been completed.
  • Outline how these measures were used to determine effectiveness of the project, the factors considered in determining the success of the initiative, and a summary of the project results in relation to both.
  • What plans have been put in place for sustaining and/or sharing the initiative beyond APUF funding?
  • Include a copy of the project’s final expenditures, by year, and use the space below to comment on sufficiency of funds and/or indicate any significant alterations from the original budget submission. Please refer to the policy on unused funds (below).
  • Using a copy of the originally submitted budget, complete the final column(s) of the spreadsheet. If applicable, reflect budget adjustments made in ‘Year 1’.

      * Unused funds

      By the end of the first year, all costs except those related to project implementation must be expended. By the end of the second year, all costs including those related to project implementation must be expended. Any unused funds, as outlined in the final project report, will be required to be returned to APUF to fund future projects.
