Cassandra Abraham
Engineering Outreach Coordinator, Faculty of Applied Science & Engineering
Cassandra is passionate about advancing equity and inclusion in STEM education. With over a decade of program management experience, she leads several outreach initiatives at the Faculty of Applied Science and Engineering. These programs aim to inspire pre-university students and expand opportunities for undergraduate and graduate learners.
She holds a Master of Education from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education (OISE) and has successfully managed educational programs for globally recognized organizations such as Disney and National Geographic.
Kwame Diko
Assistant Director, University Student Recruitment – Equity & Outreach, Office of Student Recruitment and University Admissions and Outreach
Kwame provides solutions for recruitment, admissions and access projects or programs within educational organizations to aid operational excellence. He is passionate about research, equity, and access and has interwoven experience in student engagement, process improvement and academic advising. In his current role, Kwame supports tri-campus recruitment initiatives. Kwame has a Master of Education (M.A.) from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education (OISE), where he is a part of the Higher Education Administration and Leadership Observatory (HEALO).
Eleonora Dimitrova
Acting Executive Director, Office of the Dean, Faculty of Law
Eleonora Dimitrova graduated from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law in 2010 with a combined JD/MA in International Relations. After her admission to the Ontario Bar, Eleonora worked with Lawyers for Human Rights in Durban, South Africa, practicing in the areas of human rights, refugee protection and access to justice. Following her return to Canada, Eleonora joined our Law in Action Within Schools (LAWS) program, Canada’s leading law school youth outreach and diversity pathway program. She has been the Director of LAWS since 2018. In 2022, Eleonora was appointed as Interim Assistant Dean, J.D. Program and in 2023 she was appointed as the Acting Executive Director of the Office of the Dean.
David Montemurro
Associate Professor, Teaching Stream, OISE/UT
In OISE’s Master of Teaching Program, David co-coordinates the Black Future Educators’ Pathway. His teaching focus on experiential learning, urban education, and global citizenship, has led to partnerships with many community organizations, NGO’s and international schools. As a former high school teacher, he taught in UofT’s TYP Steps-to-University program.
Andrew Situ
Access Project Officer, University of Toronto Scarborough
Andrew provides project & program management to U of T Scarborough’s Special Advisor on Access, responding to the priorities set for the campus. Andrew liaises with campus units and external partners, supporting current and emerging access programs and initiatives. His main interests center on community building, storytelling, and evaluation. He is the current operational lead for SEE U of T Scarborough, a collaborative access program with the TDSB that engages Black and Indigenous high school students. He holds an M.Ed. in Higher Education from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education.
Lindsay DeClou

Associate Director, Graduate Awards Operations and Postdoctoral Affairs, School of Graduate Studies
Lindsay is the Associate Director of Graduate Awards Operations and Postdoctoral Affairs in the School of Graduate Studies. In this role, she provides leadership and oversees the development and delivery of programs, projects and strategic initiatives that support graduate students, postdocs and graduate divisions across the tri-campuses.
Prior to this, Lindsay served as the Associate Registrar, Student Financial Services, where she led the Financial Aid and Awards and the Student Accounts teams. During her tenure at Sheridan, she led the development and implementation of new policies, procedures and technological enhancements that improved efficiency and enhanced the student experience.Â
